These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline the agreement between you (“Client,” “You”) and Halina Rising (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”) regarding the use of this website and all services offered through it.

By accessing this site or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If something feels unclear, you’re always welcome to contact us before moving forward.

1. Sacred Services Offered

Halina Rising offers soul-guided tools and experiences including:

• Voice-Led Astrology Sessions

• Human Design & Self-Projected Guidance

• Coaching containers & 1:1 mentorships

• Seasonal or evergreen digital programs

• Audio activations & channelings

• Rituals, voice prompts, and journaling tools

Each session or program is offered as a collaboration with your own higher wisdom. While we guide, reflect, and support, you remain the authority of your life.

Expect that you'll see more different offerings in this website soon and know that some of those listed above are still about to be added on the pipeline.

2. Booking, Payments & Refunds

a. Booking & Payment

Bookings are made via our secure calendar system. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

After choosing your appointment, you will automatically be directed to the checkout page to officially confirm your session.

You have at least 24 hours to pay for your appointment. Failure to pay will result to forfeiture of your scheduled booking.

My tarot readings, courses, and other digital products will have instant payment buttons and doesn't need to be scheduled.

b. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Life happens. You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your appointment via the confirmation email. Rescheduling can only be done if the session is already paid. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

c. Refunds

All digital and energetic services are non-refundable once delivered or accessed. This honours the time, energy, and spiritual preparation invested in each offering.

If you feel dissatisfied or misaligned, please reach out. We are committed to care-based resolutions.

3. Spiritual Disclaimer

Our services are spiritual, intuitive, and coaching-based in nature. They are not a substitute for licensed therapy, medical treatment, or legal advice.

You are encouraged to take what resonates and integrate it responsibly. All decisions you make are your own.

4. Intellectual Property & Soul Content

All content on this site including text, audio, visuals, rituals, astrology frameworks, and proprietary processes belongs to HALINA RISING and is protected under intellectual property law.

You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written consent. If you feel inspired to share, please do so with reverence and proper credit.

5. Energetic & Digital Boundaries

By using this website or working with Halina Rising, you agree to:

• Show up to sessions with presence and respect

• Communicate clearly and honour your own boundaries

• Not misuse the information or tools offered

• Not engage in harmful, disrespectful, or exploitative behaviour

We reserve the right to remove or block access to anyone who does not align with these principles.

6. Client Responsibility & Results

While our work is transformative, results are never guaranteed. Your experience will depend on your own integration, voice, and alignment.

You are responsible for:

• Showing up with readiness and openness

• Practicing discernment around any insights shared

• Honouring your own timing and healing rhythm

7. External Links & Resources

From time to time, we may share other practitioners, apps, or links. These are shared in good faith, but we are not responsible for their policies, ethics, or offerings. Always follow your intuition and research what feels aligned.

8. Confidentiality

Everything shared in a private session or container is held in confidence and not shared outside the space unless required by law or with your written consent.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted here with the revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services implies your acceptance of any revisions.
